With this in mind, it has launched a major demolition and reconstruction project on the building at Rue de Lyon 77 in Geneva. This ambitious project combines strategic and operational expertise to rise to the technical challenges involved. The completed project will significantly increase the surface area available to rent in the building and give the Place des Charmilles a complete facelift.
With its 14-storey tower, Lyon 77 will look out
over the Place des Charmilles at the
intersection of the Rue de Lyon and the Avenue
d’Aïre. It will serve as a sign of the changing
face of the neighbourhood of Charmilles.
With completion due in autumn 2019, the tower at Lyon 77 will become part of the landscape of Charmilles, where a real urban revolution is currently unfolding. The neighbourhood is set to change even more with the opening of the new industrial zone of Châtelaine by 2030.
The neighbourhood of Charmilles is undergoing a real urban revolution: start-ups, new design studios and traditional cottage industries all have their sights on the area, and the Geneva School of Art and Design (HEAD) is moving to the former Elna factory in Châtelaine. In 2020, a 700-strong student body will bring even more life to this rapidly changing area.
With the city centre close by, the Charmilles shopping centre a stone’s throw away and the Parc Gustave et Léonard Hentsch and Parc des Franchises offering beautiful settings in which to relax, Charmilles is a pleasant place to live and work.
Lyon 77 will be an architectural landmark in this exciting area.

Lyon 77 offers 4,000m2 of ultra-modern office space in a neighbourhood that is undergoing a complete transformation.

The mixed-use building known as Lyon 77 includes office space, rental apartments and a vast retail space on the ground floor that can be divided into units and is mainly dedicated to cafés and restaurants.
