For your general questions, whether administrative or practical and technical, please refer to our FAQ. The latter brings together the questions most commonly asked by our tenants and owners, and will provide you with the precise and detailed information you need.
We also provide you with various documents that you may need. You will find them by clicking on the «useful documents» button below.
If you are a tenant in a building managed by Pilet & Renaud and you own a smartphone, you can also contact us via the ChezMoi application. The latter is also accessible on the internet, from a computer or tablet, via our tenant portal. By these means, you can send us your requests at any time, but also access your information related to your lease, your rent, and much more. The most common requests are already there, which will allow you to send yours in just a few clicks. The information is sent directly to one of our Service Gérance Clientèle, who will go on to process it as quickly as possible. You’ll save time !
