Ever since it was founded almost 150 years ago, our company has been run like one big family. The evidence? Back then, to heat the offices in winter, everyone would bring a log for the fire! And while nobody at Pilet & Renaud has to worry about being cold in our offices today, our family spirit and sense of togetherness has stayed strong.

Training support

Nothing gives us greater pleasure than seeing our teams blossom and grow. We therefore place a special emphasis on training our colleagues and developing their skills. Hence, we offer various specialized training programs to our employees, while also welcoming apprentices into the fold.

Our employees’ wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we are constantly looking for new benefits and perks to improve our teams’ day-to-day life. What’s more, we always listen to our employees – in terms of both their professional and their private lives – so that we can protect their wellbeing. A monthly massage, an annual season ticket for the Geneva public transport network, welcome gifts and various company outings are just some of the perks we offer to each of our employees.

Paternity leave

Since 2019, we’ve given new dads the opportunity to take 10 days of paternity leave. We’re proud to be able to offer this benefit as we believe that, for the positive development of the family, it’s especially important that fathers spend time with the newborn and mother.
