This ambitious project consisted in raising a building dating from the 1960s by 3 new storeys. In order to achieve this, Pilet & Renaud led the structural reinforcement of the existing building and took this opportunity to propose several other concrete solutions in favour of inhabitants, of the general aesthetics of the neighbourhood and of our environment. Started in 2020, the renovation of the facades and their insulation will provide more comfort for occupants and will give this modern architecture a prominent place in Avenue Calas. This program managed by the Pilet & Renaud’s real estate development department will allow the creation of 8 new apartments characterized by very low energy needs, and labeled Minergie.
