Showcasing and Managing 209 New Housing Units

We are responsible for the showcasing and management of 209 new housing units, as well as 131 car parking spaces and 53 motorcycle parking spaces, structuring each stage with a detailed schedule. We handle the marketing of all properties, supporting the project from the development phase through to the arrival of tenants.

To facilitate the registration process and allow future tenants to follow the project while centralizing essential information, we have created a dedicated mini-site. We have also organized several open house events to present the apartments following the selection of application files.

Finally, we have implemented several move-in schedules to assist each tenant with their installation and ensure a successful integration into the residence. This organization was necessary to manage the arrival of new residents across the three buildings, thus guaranteeing a personalized welcome and optimal support for everyone.
