The residential building of the Ferney 27 project in Geneva has reached a key milestone: the delivery of the first apartments has begun! This building, the result of a partnership between SoCoop and Cohda, offers 29 apartments with generous spaces and bold architecture.

From the initial financial studies, our Project Management team, commissioned by SoCoop, has supported every phase of the project. Today, we are overseeing the handover and key delivery to the new residents, thus bringing to life an innovative and cooperative vision of housing.
