Pilet & Renaud SA was commissioned to manage the property administration of 18 new apartments, ranging from 4 to 5 rooms. This contemporary project, designed by the architect Dominique Grenier Architecture SA, is located near the Geneva Golf Club in the municipality of Vandoeuvres, just a few minutes from Lake Geneva. The development consists of two buildings: the first with 18 apartments available for rent, and the second with nine units for sale. The property management department of Pilet & Renaud SA handled the marketing of the 18 apartments, including tenant search, lease agreements, and move-in inspections, among other tasks.
