Le Square in Carouge: A New Benchmark in Renovation and Building Extension
We are proud to announce the completion and the full commercialization of the project “Le Square,” located in the heart of Carouge. This achievement embodies the synergy and expertise of our teams, who were involved at every stage to transform an existing building into a modern and sustainable living environment.
The Real Estate Development Management department oversaw the entire construction site, orchestrating an ambitious renovation and a major extension: demolition of the first floor, creation of three new levels, and a complete renovation of the ground floor. This transformation work allowed the building to be redefined while preserving its integration into the urban fabric of Carouge.
At the same time, the Brokerage department managed the commercialization of the new spaces: eight bright apartments, a commercial arcade, as well as four warehouses in the basement, all delivered in the first quarter of 2025. Thanks to a targeted marketing strategy and personalized support, all units were quickly sold.
