Current regulations in the canton of Geneva require owners of commercial arcades to ensure their storefronts have perfect thermal insulation by the next tenant change or, at the latest, December 31, 2025.
If your windows already comply for example, if they are made of double glazing on wooden or plastic frames, triple glazing, or are already insulated no changes will be necessary.
These renovations can involve significant costs and impact the façade and interior layout of commercial spaces. It is therefore essential to anticipate this process as much as possible to optimize execution and avoid surprises.
