We are proud to announce that Pilet & Renaud is the first real estate agency to receive the Low-VOC certificate, awarded by the Air, Noise, and Non-Ionizing Radiation Service (SABRA). This distinction, presented during the Urban Planning Rendezvous in Geneva, marks a significant milestone in our commitment to healthy indoor air and sustainable construction.
Philippe Mercier, Head of Works and Sustainable Renovation, represented Pilet & Renaud during a THQMAT roundtable discussion, where he shared our approach to environmentally friendly renovation. This recognition honors our project at 87 Rue de Carouge, referred to as the "Patient Zero" of the Low-VOC certification, initiated even before the official implementation of the THQMAT initiative.
The Low-VOC certificate highlights our work and that of all partners who supported us in this ambitious project. Thanks to their efforts and SABRA's support, we successfully incorporated materials and techniques that promote a healthy indoor environment free from volatile pollutants in the renovated apartments.
This distinction strengthens our motivation to continue on this path and to place health and air quality at the core of our real estate projects.
