Pilet & Renaud Wins the SIG Energy Transition Trophy!
We are proud to announce that Pilet & Renaud has received the prestigious SIG Energy Transition Trophy in the Real Estate Agency category.
This award, presented as part of Geneva Industrial Services’ (SIG) eco21 program, honors participants for their tangible actions in energy efficiency and their choices of local and renewable energy sources.
Founded in 1872 in Geneva, Pilet & Renaud is a family-owned company recognized for its commitment to innovation and sustainability values that are central to our approach in real estate management. We prioritize dialogue and personalization to meet the expectations of property owners and tenants alike.
This recognition highlights the achievements of our sustainable renovation, property management, and condominium management services, which have implemented numerous energy-saving measures across our real estate portfolio. These efforts have resulted in significant annual savings: 338,207 kWh of electricity, 2,208 tons of CO2 CUMAC emissions avoided, and a reduction in water consumption by 4,170 m³ per year.
For instance, several initiatives were carried out jointly with SIG within our management of the Etoile-Palettes complex. These measures impacted more than 660 housing units and led to substantial reductions in IDC (energy consumption index), resulting in estimated savings of 129 tons of CO2 over 10 years, approximately 23,999 kWh of electricity per year, and 2,207 m³ of water annually.
We are extremely proud of this recognition and remain committed to pursuing innovations and sustainable solutions for the benefit of our planet.
