This Pilet & Renaud development is a stroke of architectural genius! Space was lacking on the plot, and it was flanked by a railway line and a pine grove. The owner was originally planning to build a warehouse here, but our teams came up with the idea of a residential building as they knew that the railway line was about to be closed. The project resulted in an eight-storey building with four separate entrances. Thanks to this impressive use of a small plot, the inhabitants of 82 new apartments now call the area home. They enjoy excellent Léman Express connections and easy access to many nearby shops.
