Marketing of a Condominium Building
The drafting of the administration and usage regulations (RAU) was carried out to organize the daily management of the building and define the rules for co-ownership living. We also took charge of recruiting a concierge, preparing their job description, and drafting their contract to ensure the safety and maintenance of the common areas.
Establishing the condominium’s budget enabled rigorous and transparent financial management. Finally, we organized a move-in schedule and supported future co-owners with their installation.
All these actions were undertaken as part of the marketing of 19 condominium apartments, ensuring professional management and a high-quality welcome for each new resident.
