This project was carried out by the company Edifea SA. In total, 14 new apartments were built and offered for rent. The property management department of Pilet & Renaud was responsible for their marketing: advertising, tenant search, drafting of leases, move-in inspections, and more. This is a great example of successful value enhancement for this building located in Cointrin.
