I have lost my keys or need an extra set — how can I get them duplicated? 
This request can be made in just a few clicks via our application / web portal: Chez Moi.
You can also send it to us by email at service@pilet-renaud.ch with the following information:
- Reason for your request
- Address
- Name(s) and surname(s) of the leaseholder(s)
- Phone contact details
- Reference number indicated on the key to be duplicated (front/back)
- Photo of the key to be duplicated (front/back)
- Number of keys to be duplicated
- Which door(s) this key opens
Upon receipt of your new keys, we will contact you.
You will then be able to collect your order upon presentation of proof of payment.
