How can I terminate my lease?

Termination must be made by registered mail. The notice must be signed by all leaseholders and received by the property management within the deadline specified in the lease agreement (the date of receipt being decisive).
The notice periods vary depending on the lease agreement. Yours are defined in the specific terms of your contract.
For residential leases, a contract may be terminated with 30 days’ notice for the 15th or the end of a month (except December 31), provided that a complete application file is submitted for a solvent replacement tenant willing to take over the lease under the same conditions.
