Here, people come before procedures, and every call, every email, reflects a daily life filled with challenges, attentive listening, and responsiveness.
68 calls received, 267 tickets in progress, three calls on hold… These figures illustrate the daily reality of a team supporting 18,100 tenants1. Behind every statistic, there are real-life situations: a broken boiler, a blocked garage door, a tenant locked out… Problems to solve, often urgently, always with the same priority: find a solution, reassure, support.
The Tenant Management Service is above all a 100% tenant-focused service. Sometimes we hear that property management can seem distant, not attentive to individual difficulties. The reality is quite different. Behind every call, we are there, listening, ready to understand, explain, and look for solutions to avoid an eviction or propose an arrangement.
Of course, we can’t solve everything. Sometimes, despite all efforts, there is only one apartment for six families waiting. Sometimes, we have to explain that no immediate solution exists, and do so tactfully, never losing sight of the person behind the case.
