On the Meinier site, we have ensured the complete management of the project, from design to future delivery. Every stage has been meticulously coordinated: feasibility study, legal and financial structuring, obtaining permits, and selection of contractors. We are currently continuing to coordinate the work, particularly overseeing earthworks and site monitoring, to guarantee quality, adherence to deadlines, and optimal communication between all stakeholders.
Created in 2018, our brokerage entity, Pilet & Renaud Transactions, was responsible for marketing the 6 condominiums (PPE). With the building’s delivery scheduled for March 2027, our PPE management service will then take over to ensure optimal management of these co-ownership units. This integrated approach to project management and marketing within our agency allows for smooth information sharing and optimized management in the clients’ best interests.
Soon, 6 other apartments will be available for rent, calling on another of our services: the Property Management department. This team will handle the marketing and future management of these properties. Each management group consists of an experienced team with technical, administrative, and legal expertise to ensure the long-term sustainability of its real estate portfolio.
