Since 2015, Pilet & Renaud has had the privilege of supporting Caran d’Ache in enhancing its historic site and building a new state-of-the-art manufacture.
From the rezoning of the Thônex plot and the acquisition of new land in Bernex to the granting of the building permit, our project management team has worked alongside this iconic company representing Swiss know-how.
The foundation stone ceremony, held on September 25, 2025, at the Écoparc des Rouettes in Bernex, marks a major milestone in this ambitious project. The future 35,000 m² manufacture will bring together Caran d’Ache’s production, logistics, and administrative activities within a building designed to meet the highest environmental and energy standards.
Built to last, this new site embodies Caran d’Ache’s commitment to sustainable innovation, local craftsmanship, and the continuation of a Swiss tradition of excellence.
